Errors

Subject to available stock, all products are offered for sale. We may contact you to offer a replacement if an item is out of stock. If you do not accept a replacement item and your credit card is charged for an item out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit in the amount charged to your credit card account. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we will be able to complete that part of your order for which stock is available.

Delivery/Shipping
We’re only shipping in Bangladesh. Shipping costs are determined by destination, weight and shipping method for destinations other than Dhaka. To find out what shipping charges are applicable to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost is calculated and displayed before making any payment. It is your obligation at the time of order to enter the correct details of the delivery address. Depending on the destination, most orders should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
